- Start establishing your credentials not just with a small group. Build your rapport with a wider set of people as your boss can change at any time.
- Think of yourself as a unique brand, and play on your strengths rather than trying to imitate someone. Companies hire people for their unique contributions, not to mimic people. The last thing you want to be is a clone.
