Grapevines are strong in
Pakistani workplaces. Discuss something with your senior team one day and hear
it back from your cleaning staff the next. You can happily assume this will
happen and use it to your advantage. Garner decision making endorsement by
casually discussing future potential rewards, multiply the effect of a praise
delivered through many others or save the agony of face to face conflict by
sending an indirect message about poor performance that needs to be remedied.
