- Don’t underestimate the value of good communication, especially with Pakistanis.
- Communicate with a vision. Pakistanis like to dream. They are inspired by a sense of purpose more than anything else.
- Communicate with respect. Pakistanis are high on ego, but a little respect can really turn them on!
- Communicate with clarity. They must know what and how they can contribute. Don’t leave it to their imagination.
- Communicate with authority! Pakistanis must know that you are there to support them.
- Last but not the least, communicate with integrity. Don’t make political statements, we are all too familiar with them.
