You have to tackle bullying bosses very carefully. The important thing to remember is that s/he also has a set of targets. As a team, it is important to let your boss know that his/her behavior will affect team and employee motivation, which will affect performance and in the end, targets. Ideally, someone who has rapport with the boss can advocate for the rest of the team.
